Nudity, Weed: NBA Reportedly Suspends Abia Born Instagram Model, Ifunanya Grant

The Nigerian Bar Association – NBA has reportedly suspended Abia born lawyer and Instagram model Ifunanya Delilah over her nude and weed videos!

According to reports, Ifunaya Delilah, was called to the Bar on the 28th of July, 2021 and barely two years later she has been suspended over misconduct.

Though NBA is yet to respond to several inquiries regarding its action against young Ifunaya Delilah, recent investigations revealed that she was called to bar barely about a year ago and had since gained notoriety online posting images of herself in a wig and gown along with other semi-naked pictures.

Her suspension has elicited different kinds of reactions from Nigerians.

While some are hailing NBA for cautioning one of their own, others are condemning the action, insisting that she is a model and that those pictures are purely for business purposes.

In a statement sent to BarristerNG.com, Miss Ifunanya Excel Grant Esq recused herself from making the “Gangster and Stoner” stating that it was the handiwork of online scammers who stole her pictures to create a “catfish account” to Scam people.

“I AM NOT A GANGSTER or a stoner or anything of such”, she lamented in the statement.

She further reiterated that she is an Instagram Model and not a practicing Lawyer at the moment.

According to her, the pictures she posts on Instagram with cigars was part of her current work as Instagram Model and Actress and the pictures are for modeling and acting purposes only.

The contention as to whether or not the contents of her page and videos breaches the professional Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners in Nigeria is still being discussed in the legal community and we will bring you more details as they unfold!
