Alleged Fraud: Otti’s SA on IGR Fingered In Fund Diversion Fraud In Anambra
The Special Adviser to the Governor of Abia state on Internally Generated revenue Mr Chimereze Okigbo has been fingered in diversion of Government revenue by the Anambra State internal revenue board.
A letter sited by AbiaPulse News online alleges that Mr. Okigbo used POS operators working under him to divert funds that are supposed to go into government coffers into private accounts.
As at the time of filing this report, attempts to reach Mr. Okigbo to get his position on the allegation proved abortive!
