Onyejeocha Boasts She Has Bought Over Tribunal Judges, Transfer Her Suit To Another Panel – Amobi Ogah’ Petitions Appeal Court President

The candidate of Labour party and member elect for Isukwuato/Umunneochi federal Constituency, Hon Amobii Ogah’ has petitioned the President of Appeal Court seeking a transfer of the suit filed against him at the election petition tribunal, by the member representing Isukwuato/Umunneochi federal Constituency, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, to another panel.

Hon. Ogah’ in the petition claimed that panel 1, headed by Justice Halima Saleeman has been compromised and can no longer deliver justice on the matter.
