Revitalize Abia Palm To Forestall Activities of Vandals and Scrap Dealers – Host Community Begs Gov Otti

The people of Umuagu Eziala Nsulu has called on Governor Alex Otti to look into the revitalization of Abia Palm Nigeria.

In a radio announcement monitored by Abia Pulse News the community decried the activities of Hoodlums and scrap dealers who are daily decimating the vital equipment and machinery in the once blossoming establiment, that once provided employment and shelter to thousands of Abians and Nigerians.

The last incident that elicited the outcry is the alleged involvement of indigenes, including a serving Government official on the sabotage in the early hours of Saturday, 11th October 2025, when the community youths of Umuagu Eziala Nsulu were tipped off by the secretary to the local government to mobilise and intercept criminals and scrap dealers vandalising properties of Abia palm Nigeria.

On approaching there the Youths discovered that it was the same security group created by the local government and current councillor who were allegedly supervising and aiding the destruction and vandalisation of a facility in Abia palm.

Efforts to reach the secretary to the local government and head of the local security proved abortive as both numbers refused to connect as at the time of this publication.

They therefore called on Government to further investigate these allegations in order to fish out Criminals masquerading as Government officials while perpetrating crime and sabotaging the efforts of the Governor Alex Otti’s led administration towards revitalizing moribund industries.

The community hailed Governor Otti’s developmental strides and urged him to speedily look into revitalizing Abia Palm as many jobs will be created therefrom.
