The Pathetic Story of Mr Nnomele Mbubaegbu: Intimidated, Dispossed of His Ancestral Land, Left to Langusih in The Cold With His Family

If anyone had told Mr. Nnomele Mbubaegbu of Umuodom Ohokobe Mbaocha Ndume Ibeku, in Umuahia North Local Government Area, that he and his family will become a destitute in their own Ancestral home, he Will definitely not believe it.

Before he had the accident that incapacitated him and left him with crutches, Mr Nnomele was an artisan and labourer who did all forms of menial Jobs to fend for his family.

Trouble started for him and his household when his nephew, one Chikodi Caleb Mbubaegbu went behind him to sell his Ancestral Land, where he had planned and commenced action to build a home for himself and his family.

This is where Mr Nnomele Mbubaegbu lives with his family whereas a 3 Storey building is being erected on his land

Upon realization that his nephew has sold his Land, bequeathed to him by his family, Mr. Nnomele Mbubaegbu approached the leadership of his immediate community who looked into the Matter and gave judgement in his favour but the buyer one Mr. Edwin Nnanna Orawusi, A known Petroluem marketer known as Superlative winners, was adamant and refused to heed to the advise of the community and went ahead to continue building on the said Land, he illegally acquired.

The Matter was reported to the police, and while the Matter was being investigated by Zone 9 Umuahia and charged to Court, the said Orawusi moved the Matter to force headquaters Abuja, to Make it Impossible for the poor man to follow up and has succeeded removing his name from prosecution list which is not only strange but an anormally.

The buyer is alleged to have long legs and is said to be doing everything, allegedly in connivance with Police officers from force headquaters, and also openly boasts of his relationship with the State Attorney General.

The question on the lips of everyone who is conversant with this Matter is this:

How long Will Mr. Nnomele and his family live in the Shanty as shown in the picture accompanying this post?

What role is the State Attorney General playing in this Matter?

Who Will speak up for Mr Nnomele, as it is obvious that he is battling with forces stronger than him?

What is truly the hope of the common man to get justice in this country?
