We Remain Steadfast With Gov Otti, Anywhere He Goes We Go – Ugwunagbo Stakeholders Maintain

Major stakeholders from Ugwunagbo local government area has once again reiterated their unflinching loyalty to the leadership of the Executive Governor of Abia state, Dr Alex Otti OFR.

During a meeting held yesterday at Akanu Ngwa Primary School Ugwunagbo, the stakeholders distanced themselves from a recent move by the member representing Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbo Federal Constituency to join the Coalition – ADC.

Speaking to Newsmen after the meeting, Dr. Chiemela Godwin Wambu, a Doctor of military History and Strategic studies, stated thus;

“I wonder what will make any right thinking Abian think or even conceive the idea of leaving Dr Otti’s camp, not to talk of a member of Labour party.”

“It is inconceivable giving the avalanche of projects, programs, and the uncommon infrastructural revolution going on in the state particularly the ones which has positively affected the economy and landscape of Ugwunagbo Local Government”.

“So our message as true and reasonable sons and daughters of Ugwunagbo is simple; we are solidly standing with Dr. Alex Otti, anywhere he goes we go and since he is still in Labour party, that is where we remain”.

“We are here to disassociate ourselves with any move to join ADC, Ugwunagbo people cannot be used a Guinea Pigs for test running”.

The highpoint of the gathering, which was a joint meeting of Labour party Executives, Abia Arise and Ambassadors of Dr Alex Otti was the passing of a Vote of Confidence on Dr. Alex Otti and endorsement for a Second term come 2027.
