Former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt. Hon. Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Chief Onyema Ugochukwu, the former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), celebrating his remarkable contributions to national development and public service.
In a personal message, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu described Chief Ugochukwu as an exemplary leader whose commitment, dedication, and strategic vision have left indelible marks on governance and the development of the Niger Delta region.
