Enyioma Foundation Will Continue To Stand In The Gap For Indigent And Vulnerable Persons Irrespecrive Of Tribe, Color or Religion – Chief Duke Ako Atulomah
The Founder of Enyioma Foundation International Dr Enyioma Duke Atulomah, has said the Foundation Will continue to stand in the gap for indigent and vulnerable people irrespecrive of tribe, color and race.
Chief Atulomah dusclosed stated that the organization intends to impact the lives widows, elderly women, youths and out of school children in her resolve to put smile on faces of Nigerians resident in Abia not minding their state of orgin.
The Abia-born career diplomat who spoke during a chat with Journalists on Saturday in Umuahia the Abia State capital pointed out that his father’s philanthropist acts in the past inspired him to continue in the same direction as a young man.
Atulomah, insisted that the foundation has no political under tones, while the funding of project is solely from his private pocket, adding that he is open partnership with any individual and organization who are willing without any selfish reasons.
He said, “I’m an Abian and a Nigerian. My target is people who live around where the foundation is cited, whether Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa. There’s no politics to reaching out to people who are in need. I want to reach people who are not on Facebook.
“At the moment, the Enyioma Foundation is on its own. We don’t have partners yet but we are willing to partner with any individual and organization who are willing without any selfish reasons.
“What we do is reach out to the vulnerable in the society. We have kids who are unable to go to school, mothers in need who may be based in the villages, patients unable to offset their hospital bills, and also people who have business ideas but have no funds.
“We have managed to set up some businesses. I’ve been doing this since this foundation was founded in July 2021. The essence of citing the foundation is to reach out to those who are unable to reach out on Facebook.
“We have a policy. Once names are selected, we do a background check and the individual is qualified, we move into action. Secondly, in secondary school, we organize competitions, and if an individual qualifies then we select the person. But it must be on merit.
Some people are naturally brilliant and when you come across them, you have no choice but to move in. After people are selected, I go through it, and if my instinct.
Atulomah, expressed said the foundation will be sustained through God’s divine provisions to reach out to more people in the coming years.
“In five years, I wish that the foundation be nationwide. I pray that God will keep providing the resources that I will use to run the foundation. My vision is that in the next five years, the foundation will have its structures and not be in a rented property”, he concluded.
