Over 78 MSME’s Trained In A Capacity Building Workshop to Mark 5th Anniversary of The Death of Late Prof Hebert Orji

Five years ago, the remains of the Finacial Icon, late Prof Hebert Onyekwere Orji was committed to mother earth but his ideals, dreams and visions, especially for Micro, small and Medium Entreprenuers is still very much alive and Will Continue to broaden in scope as envisaged by the late sage.

Prof Orji, a corporate Icon, captain of industry, astute administrator, consumate Politcian, respected community Leader believed that the only way to create an egalitarian society is to encourage homegrown Micro, small and Medium Entreprenuers to build a robust local economy where the rich, the middle and low income earners can co-exist.

This he envisaged and pursued in his career and public Life until the he answered the call to be with his maker.

In his honour and to continue with his visions, there is no better way to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of of his death than to give impetus to those ideals he held dear.

Thus the 5th Anniversary of his death witnessed a power packed workshop with the theme: Powering National Economic Development Through Community Based Homegrown Micro, Small And Medium Entreprenuers, under the distinguished chairmanship of Chief Kalu Idika Kalu.

Through this capacity building workshop a training team from Industrial Trust Fund trained 78 Entreprenuers were on how to Effectively Manage their Businesses.

It is expected that 10 to 20 Most Promising MSME would be given Grants ranging from 100,000 for the Micro to 250,000 for the Small Businesses

The Foundation is projected to continue mentoring the beneficiaries to ensure that they are established in the chosen Businesses.
